If you don’t find a voter on your first try, it may be that you don’t have the name they’re registered under. You can search by either first name or last name, but that can be tricky if a last name also can be a first name. If you searched by Taylor for this voter you’d generate a list of over 1,000 voters -- everyone in Pinellas with Taylor as either a first or last name.
One option is to type in a street address, if you have it. You only have to enter partial information.
If despite these searches you still don’t find your voter, then this is a great beginning of a conversation with them. It could be that they’re registered under a name other than the one you know them by, or that their voter file is protected from public disclosure because they are a public official.
